From First Conversation to Finished Space

Following your discovery call, we’ll arrange a complimentary appointment with Scott and Leslie in our Rockledge showroom. Bring your blueprints, elevations, ideas, significant other and, if you’re working with one, your interior designer or builder so we can discuss the project together.
We’ll review your plans, explore materials and finishes, and talk through how you want the space to look and function.

Based on our conversation and the information provided, we’ll prepare an initial estimate. This gives you a clear starting point for the investment before detailed design begins.

When the estimate aligns with your expectations and you’re ready to proceed, a design retainer begins the next phase (10% of the estimate). We’ll confirm measurements, develop your cabinetry plans, create unique finish samples, and create 3D renderings to help you see the space come together.

We’ll review the design together and work through revisions, selections, and details. Once the scope and design are finalized, we’ll provide the final price and contract for your approval.

With the contract and drawings approved, we’ll schedule production, engineer, build, and finish your cabinetry in our Rockledge facility. Our team will coordinate delivery and installation with you and your project team.

After installation, we’ll walk through the work, identify any remaining adjustments, complete the punch list, and perform final touchups. We are there from the very beginning, to the finishing details that bring the project to completion.
