Cabinet Warranty

Five Year Limited Cabinetry Warranty:

Cabinetry manufactured by Cabinet Designs of Central Florida is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use to the original consumer purchaser for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase.  This warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners.

Cabinet Designs cabinets are of plywood construction.  Cabinet Designs of Central Florida cabinet doors are solid wood.  Any solid wood product will respond adversely to extreme conditions – especially low or high humidity conditions.  Door joints are especially subject to movement under these extreme conditions.  Gaps that may develop in door joints as well as any other damage due to humidity conditions are not subject to replacement under this warranty.

All drawers manufactured by Cabinet Designs of Central Florida are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship.  All drawer guides and hinges are warranted by the manufacturer to be free from defects in material and workmanship.

This warranty does not cover damage from neglect, misuse, abuse, moisture or heat related damage, normal wear and tear, or acts of God.

Should defects in material or workmanship exist during the warranty period, Cabinet Designs will elect at its discretion to either repair or replace free of charge the defective material or component, excluding labor costs.  This warranty covers only parts and materials supplied by Cabinet Designs, and does not cover costs for removal or reinstallation or countertops, plumbing fixtures, appliances or related materials, or labor costs.  Natural and environmental factors will affect cabinet products over time; therefore, Cabinet Designs cannot be held responsible for replacement product that may not exactly color-match installed product.

This warranty is to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners.
